To add a Status Reason:

  1. Open your Compete Back Office
  2.  Once open,  select Configuration
  3. Then, select Member
  4. Select Custom Fields and Pick Lists You may have to maximize your Compete screen or select “more” to see this option
  5. Towards the bottom of the list, you will select Customer Status Entries
  6. Select Change and once this screen opens you can add new reasons.

To reset a member’s MSS password:

  1. Open the Data Entry module & look up the specific member’s account
  2. Select the “Membership
  3. Under MSS Information you will select “Reset” This will reset the password to the member ID.

To batch void agreements:

  1. Open Back Office under the Agreements module
  2. Select Reports
  3. You will see an Agreement Tagging utility. With this utility, you can load the agreements by tags or a filter, then select the agreements you wish to void.

In order to search by credit card number, you will need the full credit card number.

  1. Open the Data Entry module
  2. Select Members
  3. Select Browse for Members
  4. Next to the “Search Members” field, you will click on the drop down that reads “Last Name”
  5. From this drop down you will select “Credit Card Number”.

No, it does not. On your station configuration under the “Receipt Printer” tab, you are able to determine your printer by the default in windows or you can select a specific printer available.

  1. In your the “Point of Sale” window, select the “History” button
  2. In this window, you will find the transaction, select “Print”
