1 Offer valid for new Compete software customers only who sign a minimum twenty-four (24) month Compete software subscription agreement and payment processing agreement with Jonas Fitness between November 16, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Locations prequalified by Jonas Fitness at three million dollars (US $3,000,000) or more in expected annual card processing may be eligible for up to twelve (12) months of Compete license fees at no charge per approved location (“Free Year”). Locations that do not meet this threshold may instead be eligible, at Jonas Fitness’ discretion, for up to four thousand dollars (US $4,000) in waived conversion, training, and setup fees (“Fee Waiver Offer”). Only one Compete promotion (Free Year or Fee Waiver Offer) may be applied per location. Promotions apply only to standard Compete license fees or eligible services and exclude implementation, merchant processing, hardware, taxes, and other non-license fees. Early termination, changing processors, or material breach may result in promotional pricing ending on a go-forward basis.
2 Offer valid for new Member Billing Services (“MBS”) customers only who sign a minimum twelve (12) month MBS service agreement with Jonas Fitness between November 17, 2025 and December 31, 2025. To qualify for the “3 Free Months” promotion, customer must pay standard MBS fees for the first full month of service; base MBS service fees for the next three (3) consecutive months will then be waived for the participating location. Promotion applies only to standard MBS service fees and excludes merchant processing, card brand/network fees, chargebacks, postage, third-party costs, taxes, and other pass-through or non-service charges. 3 Offer valid for new Compete Member App (“Member App”), JoinOnline (“JOL”), and Empower ME (“EME”) customers only who execute a standard service agreement for the applicable add-on with Jonas Fitness between November 17, 2025 and December 31, 2025. To qualify for the “One Month Free” promotion for a given add-on and location, customer must pay standard subscription/license fees for the first full month of that add-on; standard subscription/license fees for the next consecutive month for that same add-on and location will then be waived (buy one month, get the second month free). Promotion applies only to base subscription/license fees for the applicable add-on and excludes implementation, design/configuration, data conversion, app store fees, SMS/messaging, payment gateway or processing fees, third-party services, hardware, taxes, and other non-subscription charges.
