James Peltier is an experienced Co-Founder with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. He co-founded SignMeUp.com, which was later sold to Jonas Software, a division of Constellation Software, in July 2016. James is skilled in Full-Stack Development, Software as a Service (SaaS), HTML, and Continuous Integration. He is a strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Science focused in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
James is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Jonas Fitness, Inc. He has been in this position since April 2022 and oversees all technical aspects of the company. Prior to this, James worked as the Director of Software Architecture at EZFacility for four years and three months, actively working with various technologies such as ASP.net, Kafka, Microsoft SQL Server, Angular 13, Microservices, Postgres, Javascript, AWS Environment, and SignalR.
During his time at SignMeUp, James acted as the company’s Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for 22 years. During his tenure, he was responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technological development. He directed the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth and worked as a technical advisor to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the developers.
James has extensive experience working with primary technologies such as ASP.net (VB and C#, Web Forms, MVC, and Web API), Microsoft SQL Server, Javascript, AngularJs, AWS Environment, jQuery, node.js, Knockout.js, socket.io, signalR, and VoltDB.
