Kim Forster is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience spanning various roles in the fields of professional services, training, and finance within the health and fitness industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Jonas Fitness, Inc., Kim rejoined the organization in 2024, bringing a wealth of expertise in operational leadership and strategic management.
With nearly nine years of previous experience at Jonas Fitness, Kim held progressive roles including Director of Professional Services and Manager of Training, where she spearheaded training plans and implementation experiences, nurturing customer relationships and ensuring successful software integrations.
Prior to her tenure at Jonas Fitness, Kim honed her skills as a Training Consultant at Motionsoft, specializing in training plans and implementation strategies for clients. Her dedication to excellence and continuous improvement led her to assume roles of increasing responsibility, including Business Analyst and Implementations Engineer and Training Specialist.
Before transitioning to the software sector, Kim served as the Finance Director at Genesys Athletic Club, where she managed accounting functions, financial analysis, and budgeting processes. Her leadership and financial acumen contributed significantly to the club’s operational efficiency and fiscal health.
Kim’s career journey also includes significant contributions as an Area Controller at Wellbridge, where she managed financial cycles for multiple health clubs, collaborating closely with general managers to optimize expenses and revenue streams.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Gordon College, providing her with a strong foundation for her multifaceted career. With a relentless commitment to client success, process improvement, and operational excellence, Kim Forster continues to make a profound impact in the health and fitness industry through her strategic vision and leadership at Jonas Fitness, Inc.
