Breakdown
The following issues are currently being tested by our Quality Assurance Team and will be released into Compete® on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026, at 7:00 AM EST.

Compete Updates
- In Back Office > Data Entry > Products > POS Buttons under the Advanced Search tab, the “Training” option has been changed to “Package”.
- Locker Status report now reports accurately when back dated.
- Notes set to “Alert at Nursery Check In/Out” now display the alert note properly.
- When running the Sales Over Range report, the Employee filter is now working correctly.
- When running the Members Terminated by Reason report, selecting a Reason Filter now functions properly without error.
- When Running the Income By Account Type Accrual report, the “Show each club separately” filter is now working correctly.
- When running the Check In History by Date report, when Selecting “Set tags from report results”, there is no longer an error.
- The GL Export now correctly reflects the post date for deferred revenue entries.
- When changing or adding new Membership Plans in back office, the user can now add Agreement Templates without issue.
- In Back Office > Billing > Send Billing > Resubmit Billing > Enhanced Filtering options are now present in the Resubmit Billing workflow, similar to the ones seen when running the original Billing Event.
Compete on the Go (COG) Updates
- When using COG to update branding for EME, the Theme button is now displaying and working properly.
- User is able to select “Configure Global JOL 2.0” with no error and successfully complete the JOL branding.
JoinOnline (JOL) 2.0
- When selling agreements through JOL, the agreement effective date now matches the agreement sale date.
- Clients with a large number of available plans will now experience faster page load times.
API Enhancements
- New V3 API method call(s) for Employee Creation.
- API “getemployees” now includes Email Address as a search parameter.
IRIS AI Chat
- IRIS is back in Compete, and even better than before. IRIS gives your team a faster way to get answers and guidance while they work.
- IRIS can help with common how-to questions such as updating a member’s credit card, unenrolling a member from a class, and understanding standard Compete workflows.
- For the best results, ask clear and specific questions. More detailed prompts help IRIS return faster, more useful guidance.
- IRIS does not retain previous conversations across chats or sessions and does not have access to live database information, member records, or account-specific details.
