Compete Updates
- New eWaiver functionality utilizing new configuration in Back Office and Compete Messaging. Allows waivers to be signed online via JOL, EME, and Guest Enrollment. Online waivers can be generic, or connected to product categories to prompt waivers when enrolling into classes or booking appointments online. Waivers can be emailed to members. Webinar scheduled for August 5 to review details and setup- email coming soon!
- When a member is auto promoted from standby, club pricing is now enforced and invoiced correctly.
- When creating statements, member names containing special characters no longer causes ordering complications.
JoinOnline (JOL) Updates
- Agreements are now accurately recognizing configured presales dates.
- The currency symbol is now correctly displaying in the agreement template
- Google Analytics is now available in Back Office configuration. To set this up, clients may need to leverage their marketing or IT team for assistance. Click the link below for instructions from Google on setting up an account. Once the account is set up, copy and paste the property ID into the Back Office: Configuration > Corporate > General Information > General Info
Employee Self Service (ESS) Updates
- New configuration allows service providers to check in members for their appointment
- If users have the correct security role, they will now be able to edit past appointments that have not been checked in
- Design updates made to the cancellation fee window to enhance the workflow
- Member photos now display in the Member Directory and when viewing the member profile
- The member status now shows correctly when booking an appointment
- “My Calendar” view now defaults to the logged in employee’s calendar
- The mobile weekly view now shows a dates header when viewing the calendar
- Design updates made to the day view calendar, which now shows a list view of appointments and they no longer overlap (specifically when viewing “All Employees”)
API Enhancements
- New API /api/v3/membershipplan/createmembershipplan creates a new membership plan. Note: Id and ConcurrencyToken values in the request body are ignored and system-generated.
- New API /api/v3/membershipplan/searchmembershipplans allows to search membership plans using optional filters and retrieve matching summaries
- New API /api/v3/membershipplan/getmembershipplan/{planId} retrieves a single membership plan along with its full configuration
- New API /api/v3/membershipplan/modifymembershipplan updates an existing membership plan. Note: Requires the Id and ConcurrencyToken returned from a prior GetMembershipPlan call to prevent conflicting updates.
