Sandy Crutcher is the Chief Operating Officer at Jonas Fitness, where she is responsible for ensuring the company’s strategic goals and initiatives are achieved through the provision of top-notch customer service, quality of service, and automation of tools. Sandy has risen through the ranks since joining the company as a Software Support Associate, and her exceptional problem-solving skills have played a significant role in ensuring Jonas Fitness’s success.
Prior to joining Jonas Fitness, Sandy served in the United States Navy, specializing in Information Systems. Her experience in help desk and call center operations proved valuable in her role at Jonas Fitness, where she quickly learned the ropes of the fitness industry.
Then, as the Vice President of Maintenance Operations, Sandy’s focus on three key performance areas has helped Jonas Fitness provide the best customer service possible. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is proud to be part of a team that embraces these values.
Sandy recently received her Master’s in Business Administration degree at Texas A&M University, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing learning and development. Her dedication to excellence in her work and her focus on continuous improvement makes her a valuable asset to Jonas Fitness and a respected leader in the fitness industry.
