Call-to-Action (CTA) Compliance

If using a “Join our Club” checkbox to a web form, the following text must appear immediately below the “Submit” button on any web form:

Why this is needed for approval:

  • Non-Sharing Clause: Carriers (especially T-Mobile) will reject any application that doesn’t explicitly state that SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
  • Help/Stop Keywords: These must be listed in the Terms so the carrier knows the user was informed how to exit the program.
  • No Purchase Required: This is a legal requirement under the TCPA to ensure the opt-in is truly voluntary.

1. Webform “Legal Block” (Mandatory)

Any form on your site that collects a mobile number (Contact Us, Join the Club, etc.) must display the following text immediately below the phone number field and above the “Submit” button:
